The Future of HR team have authored five new High Performance Working publications launched by the UK Commission on Employment and Skills (UKCES).
The reports explore the state of skills utilisation and high performance working amongst UK employers– how organisations best use the skills and capabilities of their employees - and how policy makers seek to promote the concepts and change employer behaviour.
