Abstract
The Knowledge Economy 2 Programme will set out a vision for the economy in 2020 , analysing the various trends that impact on likely economic outcomes and spelling out the policy actions needed to achieve this vision. This working paper sets out where we are along that road, assessing which sectors have suffered the most and which industries will provide new jobs.
