As open innovation brings more and more employees to the edges of organisations, they gain opportunities to realise autonomous decision-making and develop an entrepreneurial mindset. This fostering of entrepreneurial talent in larger organisations is often termed "intrapreneurship".

Leading organisations are forging new approaches to developing intrapreneurs as roles, in talent and performance frameworks and as part of strategy. The Work Foundation will explore the issues in-depth, asking these key questions:
